lol it never helps then i get snappy and pick fights with my bf and family and that makes it worse XD
idk what to suggest. Maybe tidy your room. Its the most ridiculous suggestion ever, especially coming from me, but it could give some kind of purpose, and at least you can be useful while you feel like crap.

Normally, I spend several hours just hanging out at a library or a bookstore and just enjoying the quiet if I get too angry/upset at something. I'd also say painting without something in mind, just slap the paints and do brushstrokes everywhere.
It's usually a person that aggrivates me and then it just spirals into me being upset at everything haha I'd do that but I pretty much watched everything that interests me already so there's not much I can do sadly
at the moment I'm just hauling over my room and cleaning up shit I dont need anymore
